Subscription plans are the heart of your recurring revenue business — and Easto makes it easy to build, customize, and preview your plans in just a few steps. Let’s walk you through the process!

📱 Step 1: Go to the "Subscription Plans" Feature

From your Easto dashboard, click on “Subscription Plans” in the sidebar. Here, you’ll see all the subscription plans you’ve already created (if any), along with options to edit, delete, or preview them. Click “Create New Plan” to start.

📝 Step 2: Fill in the Basic Plan Info

You’ll need to provide:

Plan Name (e.g. "Weekly Wipes", "Monthly Coffee Pack")
Display Title (how it shows up to customers)
Products that are included in the subscription | 💡 Tip: One product can belong to multiple plans!

🗓️ Step 3: Set the Delivery Schedule

You can customize:

Delivery frequency (e.g. every week, every 2 months)
Delivery day or interval
Trial period (optional)

Advanced settings control when subscription deliveries actually go out. Use them to balance customer expectations with your fulfillment capacity. There are three key controls:

Recurring day: the calendar day you want recurring deliveries to line up on (e.g., the 15th of each month).
Cutoff window: how many days before the anchor you consider “too close” to prepare and ship for the next anchor.
First delivery: whether the initial delivery happens On checkout (immediately) or On anchor (on the anchor day).

| 💡 Tip: Together with Delivery frequency, these settings determine the scheduled dates for the first and subsequent deliveries.

The 3 periods (how we decide delivery dates)

We calculate a cutoff boundary: X = Anchor day − Cutoff window. This divides time into three periods relative to the anchor:

Period 1: Before X (well before the anchor) There’s plenty of lead time.
Period 2: Between X and Anchor (within the cutoff window) It’s too close to the anchor to prepare a new order.
Period 3: After Anchor (past the anchor day) The anchor for the current cycle has passed.

💡 Note: Which period an order falls into determines whether the first delivery happens immediately or is scheduled on an anchor day - and whether it might be bumped to the following anchor

🛠️ How to Set Up a Build-a-Box Offer

Go to Build-a-Box from the sidebar
Click “Create New Box”. Choose the type of box that suits you

Static Boxes contain a fixed set of products that customers receive with every order — great for curated kits or themed packages.
Dynamic Boxes allow customers to choose and update the contents of their box each cycle — ideal for personalized or flexible subscriptions.

Add:

A title and description for the box
The products customers can choose from
Rules like minimum/maximum product count

Set the subscription frequency (just like regular plans)
