🎁 Free Gift: Reward Subscribers with Every Renewal

Keep your customers delighted and coming back for more by rewarding them with Free Gifts tied to their subscription orders.

The Free Gift feature allows you to automatically send complimentary products based on specific conditions — such as order value, selling plans, or delivery cycles.

🧩 1. Gift Information

Set the foundation for your campaign:

Name: Give your gift campaign a clear name (e.g. Holiday Bonus Gift).
Start Date & Time: Choose when the campaign should begin.
End Date (Optional): Turn on “Set end date” if the offer should expire automatically.

💡 Tip: Leaving the end date blank means the campaign will stay active until you turn it off manually.

⚙️ 2. Gift Condition

Define when customers will receive their gifts.

Selling Plans: Choose one or more subscription plans the gift applies to. You can also import existing plans directly.
Condition: Decide the gift trigger — for example, you can set it by Minimum Value, rewarding customers when their total order value reaches a specific threshold (e.g. ≥ $50).

Then, customize your gift frequency:

Send free gift(s) after the first delivery: Turn this toggle on/off depending on whether you want the gift to apply after the first order.
Start From Cycle: Choose the billing or delivery cycle when the first gift will be sent (e.g. start from the 2nd renewal).
Repeat After: Set how often the gift repeats (e.g. every 3 cycles).

💡 Example: Send a free gift starting from the 2nd delivery, then every 3 deliveries after.

🎁 3. Gift Product

Choose what your customers will receive as their gift:

Search Variants: Browse through your product catalog and pick one or multiple items as gifts.
Each variant added here will be automatically added to qualifying orders that meet your conditions.

🚦 4. Status & Overview Panel

Keep track of your campaign’s setup at a glance:

Status: Switch between Active or Inactive
Overview: See a quick summary of what’s configured - including Gift Info, Conditions, and Gift Products.

📝 Notes

You can only use “Free gift per cycle” for Pay as you go plans.
If a selling plan has already been attached to one gift, it cannot be attached to another.
You can add up to 5 gifts or 5 plans in a single Free Gift campaign.
Updates do not take effect immediately - any change made to a gift or plan will be applied starting from the second upcoming gift order, rather than the next one. Please plan your adjustments accordingly.
