🧲 How to migrate from other apps & import your subscription contracts

Introduction

Migrating from another subscription app to Easto? You can import your existing subscription contracts using a CSV file, so customers keep their subscriptions, billing schedules, and delivery details without needing to re-subscribe.

Step-by-step Guide

  1. Prepare your store

Make sure customers, products, variants, and selling plans already exist in Easto.

  1. Download the sample CSV

Use the provided sample file as a template. Each row represents one subscription contract.

  1. Fill in your data

Map subscription details from your old app, including status, billing schedule, customer ID, variant ID, and selling plan ID.

  1. Upload the file

Go to Easto Admin → Import / Migration, upload the CSV, review the summary, and confirm.

  1. Verify subscriptions

Check a few imported contracts to ensure billing dates and delivery details are correct.

Tips

  • Test with a small batch before importing all data
  • Use ISO 8601 date format for all date fields
  • Ensure selling plans exist in Easto before importing
  • Keep your old app active until imports are fully verified
